My favorite Romance Anime

The show that I have watched more than 16 times, and have read the manga twice. It's none other than drumrolls HORIMIYA!

Horimiya or Hori-San to Miyamura-Kun to me is the most vanilla, calm and wholesome show I have watched so far (Yes I have read Komi San) there's just something about it's simplicity and and characters that just makes me want to consume the show more and more!

Ever since the beginning when you get the glimpse of Hori as the popular school girl, who is a completely different person at home doing all the house chores and taking care of her younger brother and right then you see the chill and calm Miyamura who went From :

Yoh Kamiyama was just an amazing soothing masterpiece which fit perfectly with the theme of the Anime. After the initial hype just watching the new characters get introduced kept the anime fresh and alive and every new episode just kept getting better and better. I feel like none of the characters in the show were left out and everyone had a part and affected each other in one way or the other. Also this show is the reason I started to hate Love Triangles because of Episode 10 (you know). If I were to talk about the show more we would be here for a very long time so I will try to keep it as short as possible, in case you want me to go more deep I will. Horimiya is just a really nice anime and it winning the Best Romance Anime Award 2022 just added a spotlight to the show. The manga is the 13th most loved of all time and I understand why.

I am still upset that they did not adapt the entire thing but I am glad there is a new "Horimiya Piece" releasing July 2023 which I am very excited for. This was my first blog post and I did not know what to talk about so I decided to start with the show I love the most.
